Store Credit Only:

All retail orders are eligible for return in exchange for store credit only.

Timeframe:

To qualify for a return, initiate and send your return within 7 days of receiving your package.

Return Shipping Fees:

Returns will be subject to a return label shipping fee, which will be determined within the return portal. Please note that outbound shipping fees from the initial order are not eligible for refunds.

Condition of Items:

All items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags attached. Please handle clothing with care; any items with stains or odors will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exclusions: 

All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories, including all hair items
  • Swimwear
